Description (Eclipse from Stadium Ventilation)
The ventilator provides a continuous air change in the room by replacing stale moisture-laden air with fresh warmed air. It recovers up to 80% of the heat from the stale air which is used to heat the incoming fresh air.
The unit is fully automatic and works in conjunction with a humidity sensor. When humidity levels rise within the room the unit switches to boost mode to quickly clear the damp and condensation, and once these levels fall to aceptable levels the ventilator returns to its normal quite mode.

Drytech Condensation Control Unit
Description
This virtually maintenance free unit fits into the loft or ceiling space and contains a highly efficient centrifugal fan unit, operated by means of an electronic control system.
Air is drawn into the unit from the roof space, filtered and fed through an outlet at the top of the stairs. Warm air which naturally accumulates in this area is then redistributed throughout the house, resulting in a slight positive pressure which then forces the older moisture laden air out of the house together with any smells and smoke etc.

Description
(how it works) Powerful, centrifugal blowers bring fresh air into the home while an equal amount of stale, humid air is exhausted to the outside. This exhausting air first flows through the cross-flow heat exchanger and transfers the heat to the incoming fresh air, which is also filtered. The warmed fresh air is then distributed to each room of the house through an independent duct work system.
